Vision Optometrists reserve  the right to alter, modify or update these terms of use. We may change our terms and conditions at any time without notice.

We use local courier deliveries within New Zealand. We do depend on the services of the courier companies and therefore our delivery times are guidelines only as supplied to us by these companies. We endeavour to process your purchase the same day in order to deliver as soon as possible. Items not held in stock by us may face a delay of up to 7 working days, and in rare occasions may take up to 6 weeks. We will notify you if there are any problems regarding your order(s). 

If you suspect your product(s) was damaged during delivery please do not discard the parcel or packaging that it arrived in as the courier company will need to inspect it. Please do not hesitate to contact or email us and we will arrange for the product to be returned for inspection.
We will make every effort to provide you with a replacement as soon as possible. 

If a product is temporarily out of stock it will be placed on backorder and you will be notified; if an item on backorder cannot be sourced, we will contact you to discuss alternative options. 

Vision Optometrists will not be liable for any lost or stolen products for courier deliveries under the terms “with or without signature required" if the Courier Track and Trace Report indicates that the parcel has been delivered to the provided address. Once the parcel is been delivered, the customer is responsible for receiving it. We will provide our customers with the ticket number and date of dispatch as requested for evidence. However, any further enquiries should be directed to the courier company. 

Vision Optometrists  accepts no responsibility in respect to any non-standard use of products such as in extreme sports. 

Vision Optometrists is in no way liable to you for any loss of contracts, loss of income or revenue, loss of profits, loss of goodwill or loss of insurance protection.

Vision Optometrists will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential losses of any type that result from or have any connection to this agreement, regardless of how they were caused or whether they were caused by negligence, contract, tort, misrepresentation or otherwise stated. This disclaimer will be in effect regardless of whether we have been advised that such loss or damage may occur. 

Vision Optometrists will make reasonable efforts to verify and maintain the accuracy of any content of the Site, but Vision Optometrists does not warrant that the content of the Site, including any pricing information on the Site, is or will be correct, up to date or error free.

Vision Optometrists reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to make improvements to, or correct any errors or omissions in any portion of the content and to make any other changes to the Site, materials, tools, products, services and prices displayed or described on the Site at any time, without notice.
